SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Cookie Policy outlines how Elite Portfolio Management utilizes cookies on its website to enhance user experience and improve website functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies as described below. This policy is compliant with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss data protection law, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the United Kingdom data protection law.

Editorial Production & Portfolio Creation

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Entice Model Management
(a trading name of Elite Training Club Ltd, registered in England and Wales)
(“Entice”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

and

The Client
(the individual applying for and accepting the Editorial Session)
(“Client”, “you”, “your”)

By confirming acceptance electronically and/or proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Entice provides a single Editorial Production Session for the purpose of creating professional imagery and a digital model portfolio (“Service”).

The Service includes:

One professionally directed editorial photoshoot
Up to two (2) outfit changes, as directed during production
Twenty (20) professionally edited images, selected and retouched at Entice’s discretion
Creation of a digital model portfolio (Z-card equivalent) hosted on the Entice website
Inclusion on the Entice Discover page

The Service is limited strictly to the above.

2. PORTFOLIO PUBLICATION & DURATION

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to:

Publication of your digital portfolio on the Entice website
Inclusion on the Discover page
Editorial presentation and ranking at Entice’s discretion

The digital portfolio will be published for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of publication.

Renewal

After the initial twelve (12) month period, portfolio hosting and Discover inclusion may be renewed annually, subject to availability

.Renewal fee:
£149 per 12-month period

Renewal is optional and not automatic. Entice reserves the right to decline renewal where appropriate.

3. NO REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEES

Entice is not a modelling agency.

We do not:
offer representation
submit models for castings
negotiate or secure work
guarantee bookings, income, or industry outcomes

The Service is a professional production and presentation only.

4. DISCOVERY CALL & ACCEPTANCE

All Clients must complete a mandatory discovery call prior to acceptance.

Acceptance is based on:

suitability for the Service
understanding of scope and expectations
ability to proceed with the required investment

Entice reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images produced remain the intellectual property of Entice and/or its appointed creatives.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered images for:

personal portfolios
agency submissions
self-promotion

Images may not be:

resold
licensed to third parties
altered, filtered, or re-edited without written permission

6. PAYMENT & FEES

Fees for the Service are confirmed following the discovery call.

Payment is required in full (or via an agreed payment plan) prior to delivery of the Service.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

7. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Fees for the Service are confirmed following the discovery call.

Payment is required in full (or via an agreed payment plan) prior to delivery of the Service.

Once this Agreement has been signed and payment has been made, all fees are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, refunds requested due to a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or subjective dissatisfaction.

By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that the Service involves advance planning, creative allocation, and editorial commitment, and therefore waives any right to a cooling-off period or refund once payment has been completed.

Rescheduling may be permitted at Entice’s discretion with reasonable notice.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the Service.

Studio Cancellations

Where an Editorial Session is scheduled to take place in a hired studio, the Client acknowledges that studio bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If the Client cancels or requests rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled session, a studio cancellation fee of £75 will be payable.This fee reflects non-recoverable studio hire and associated production costs.Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge, subject to availability.Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the Service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entice shall not be liable for:
subjective dissatisfaction
personal preference or stylistic disagreement
lack of industry response or success

Total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with Entice’s Privacy Policy.

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to such processing.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.

No variation shall be valid unless agreed in writing by Entice.

ACCEPTANCE

By signing electronically, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement in full.

Data Controller

The data controller responsible for this Cookie Policy is Elite Licensing Company SAGL, a Switzerland-based company with its registered office at Via Giuseppe Cattori 3, 6900 Lugano Paradiso (referred to as the "Company" hereafter).
