Model Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Entice Model Management (the “Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).
By registering for our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Company provides portfolio development, creative direction, and personal brand enhancement services for individuals pursuing opportunities within the modelling, acting, and creative industries.

1.2 The Company does not act as a modelling agency or employment agent, and does not represent or procure work on behalf of clients.

1.3 The purpose of these services is to help Clients build a professional image and industry-ready presentation through photography, creative consulting, and digital exposure.

2. Term of Agreement

2.1 This Agreement begins upon acceptance and remains in effect until the completion of the selected service package.

2.2 Either party may terminate the Agreement prior to commencement of services with written notice. Once creative or production services have begun, fees become non-refundable.

3. Services Provided

The Company offers a range of creative and developmental services, which may include:

Portfolio Development: Professional photoshoots, styling guidance, and creative direction.
Digital Branding: Design and development of a digital Z-card and personal branded portfolio website.
Social Media & Image Positioning: Guidance on personal branding and online presentation.
Talent Discovery Features: Optional inclusion on the Company’s Discover page for visibility to creatives, brands, and casting professionals.
Casting Access (Optional): Information on accessing third-party casting opportunities and independent application platforms.

4. Fees & Payments

4.1 The Client agrees to pay the package or registration fee as outlined at the time of booking.

4.2 All payments are final and non-refundable once services have commenced.

4.3 Any additional creative or promotional services requested will be subject to separate agreement and quotation.5. Client

ObligationsThe Client agrees to:

a. Attend all scheduled shoots, meetings, and creative sessions punctually.
b. Provide accurate information, photographs, and updates necessary for portfolio creation.
c. Maintain a professional attitude throughout the creative process.
d. Acknowledge that Entice Model Management does not guarantee employment, representation, or bookings.

6. Non-ExclusivityThis Agreement is non-exclusive. Clients are free to pursue other opportunities, work with agencies, or sign representation contracts independently.

7. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement.

8. LiabilityThe Company is not responsible for any personal, financial, or career outcomes resulting from services rendered.
All creative work and materials are provided for personal and promotional use by the Client.

9. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Acceptance of TermsBy registering for services or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Scope of ServicesThe Company provides creative, developmental, mentoring, branding, consulting, training, digital, and support-based services.

Specific services may evolve or change over time without affecting the Client’s subscription validity.The Company is not an employment agency, job-placement organisation, or talent broker.

2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement becomes active upon payment and remains valid for the duration of the purchased period or subscription term.Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled.

3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are due at the point of purchase or renewal.
Payments are strictly non-refundable once billed.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:Provide accurate informationRespond to communication within reasonable timeframesEngage professionallyUnderstand that the Company does not guarantee any form of employment or outcome

5. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time, but cancellation only affects future billing and does not entitle the Client to a refund for any billed period.

6. Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client’s access if they breach these terms or behave in an inappropriate manner.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential.8. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by UK law.
