Fees & Non-Refundable PaymentsAll fees paid to the Company — including registration fees, service fees, subscription fees, and annual renewals — are strictly non-refundable once billed, regardless of service usage, participation, or personal circumstances. No refunds are issued for:Subscription renewalsChange of mind or voluntary opt-outUnused service periods. Changes in personal availability or circumstance. Dissatisfaction with resultsFailure to engage with available services

4. Subscription ServicesSome services are delivered through annual subscription plans (“Subscription Services”). By subscribing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to:Subscriptions are billed once every 12 months.Payments are strictly non-refundable once billed.Subscriptions auto-renew every 12 months until cancelled.Cancellation prevents future billing only and does not refund prior charges. Cancellation must occur before the next renewal date.By completing checkout, the Client authorises the Company to bill the provided payment method automatically every 12 months until the subscription is cancelled.

5. Modifications to ServicesThe Company may adjust, update, or modify service offerings at any time. Such changes do not affect the validity of active subscriptions or payments already made.

SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING POLICY

1. OverviewCertain services offered by the Company operate on an annual subscription basis.

2. Billing CycleSubscriptions are billed every 12 months.All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once processed.

3. Automatic RenewalSubscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled by the Client prior to renewal.

4. AuthorisationBy subscribing, the Client authorises the Company to automatically charge the payment method used at checkout on each renewal date.

5. Cancellation PolicyClients may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges only.Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date.Prior subscription charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

6. Updating Billing InformationClients are responsible for keeping payment details up to date to avoid service disruption.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable once billed. This applies to:
Annual subscription payments.
Renewals Service fees
Registration or onboarding fees
Digital products
Coaching, consulting, creative, or support services

Refunds will not be provided due to:
A Client’s change of mind
Voluntary discontinuation
Failure to use available services
Delays in providing requested information
Changes in personal circumstances

2. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation only applies to future renewals.
It does not reverse or refund charges already billed.

3. Service Access Following Renewal

Clients retain access to services for the full paid annual period, regardless of later cancellation or non-usage.
