Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Entice Model Management (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) and individuals who purchase or register for our portfolio development and personal branding services (hereafter referred to as “the Client” or “you”).
By registering for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Service Registration
Registration for services provided by the Company constitutes a formal acknowledgment of your intent to utilise our creative, photography, and brand development services.
Your registration is considered complete once all required information has been submitted and payment has been received.

3. No Refund Policy
Once services have been purchased and the Company has commenced the provision of creative, production, or brand-related work, all fees are non-refundable.
This includes registration, consultation, and portfolio development fees. Refunds are not available once services have started, regardless of personal or external circumstances.

4. Service Cancellation
Cancellations after registration are not permitted.
Once services have commenced, you are considered an active client for the duration of the agreed term.
Requests for cancellation after this point will not result in termination of services or any refund.

5. Modifications to Services
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the delivery of agreed services.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of any significant adjustments.

6. Core Services Provided

Entice Model Management provides portfolio and brand development services including, but not limited to:
Portfolio Development: Professional photoshoots, creative direction, and styling guidance to build an industry-standard image portfolio.

Digital Branding: Creation of digital Z-cards and branded websites for professional presentation and exposure.

Industry Preparation: Guidance on self-promotion, networking, and brand positioning to improve visibility and readiness for future opportunities.

Optional Casting Access: Information and tools to independently access external casting networks.Note: Entice Model Management is not a modelling agency and does not represent or secure paid work on behalf of clients.

‍7. LiabilityThe Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with services provided, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or third-party actions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration or payment process, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your registration.
